Instructions
1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. Pour in white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
