Shrimp Scampi Linguine Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with shrimp, garlic, lemon, and white wine served over linguine.

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Toss in the cooked linguine and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
