  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss in the cooked linguine and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
