Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed (28 oz)
  • 1 lb Linguine
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour the white wine into the skillet and cook until reduced by half. Add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Toss the cooked linguine with the shrimp sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
