Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add corn kernels and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
