Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
4. Place a piece of shrimp on each avocado slice. Drizzle with lime juice.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
