Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
