Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese Gruyere or Parmesan
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter the ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated cheese over the eggs in each ramekin.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  9. Carefully remove the ramekins from the baking dish and serve immediately.
