Seeded Oat Bread Recipe (No Kneading)

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 0.5 cup Mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame)
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, yeast, and salt.
2. Add the honey and warm water, and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Fold in the mixed seeds.
4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
6. Transfer the dough to the loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
