Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 0.5 cup Mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, yeast, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the honey and warm water, and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. 3. Fold in the mixed seeds.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  6. 6. Transfer the dough to the loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. 7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. 8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
