Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed seafood (shrimp, fish, scallops)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Add mixed seafood to the sauce and cook until just done.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with mashed potatoes and grated cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
