Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed seafood (shrimp, fish, scallops)
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Grated cheese
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add mixed seafood to the sauce and cook until just done.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with mashed potatoes and grated cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
