Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, olive oil, sea salt, and chopped herbs to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
6. Place the rolls in the skillet, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
