Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 150 g Almonds roasted and unsalted
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Mix the almonds into the melted chocolate until they are fully coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.
Let the clusters set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
