Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add crispy rice cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture in the pan.
  6. Let cool until the chocolate is set. Cut into bars and serve.
