Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Scotch Bonnet Peppers stems removed
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Allow the mixture to cool, then blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  5. 5. Store in sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
