Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Crushed Crackers Use savory crackers
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Fresh Herbs Basil, chives, and parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before removing from the pan.
