  • 1 lb sausage meat
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place sausage meat in a line down the center of the pastry.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and seal the edges.
  6. Cut into desired roll sizes.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
