Sausage Red Pepper Quiche

- 1 pie crust
- 0.5 pound sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 0.5 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust in a pie dish. Add sausage and pepper mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
