  • 1 pie crust
  • 0.5 pound sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place pie crust in a pie dish. Add sausage and pepper mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
