- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 4 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, potatoes, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
