Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns about 30 oz
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup diced onion
- 0.5 cup diced bell pepper
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheese, onion, and bell pepper.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
