  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 30 oz frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, cooked sausage, and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
