Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Sausage preferably breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and cook for another minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the gravy thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
