Sausage & Garlic Pesto Flatbread
A delicious flatbread topped with sausage and garlic pesto.

- 2 pieces Flatbread
- 200 grams Italian Sausage cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Garlic Pesto
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Spread the garlic pesto evenly over each flatbread.
Top with cooked sausage, mozzarella cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
