- 6 eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- ¼ cup milk

- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in shredded cheese and crumbled sausage.
Pour mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are set and lightly browned.
Let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin. Serve warm.
