- 4 eggs

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
2. Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set.
