Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in toffee bits.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden.
Cool on wire racks.
