Salted Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee

- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup Chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar and stir constantly until the mixture turns a golden brown color, about 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let them sit for a minute to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly over the toffee.
6. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and sea salt over the melted chocolate.
7. Let the toffee cool completely, then break it into pieces.
