Brownie Batter
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle caramel sauce over the brownies, then sprinkle with chopped pecans, chocolate chips, and sea salt.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
