  • 2 cups pretzels broken into pieces
  • 1 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the broken pretzels evenly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and microwave for another 2 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the hot caramel. Let it sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt over the top. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
