Main Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- ¾ cup Brown sugar, packed
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- ½ cup Caramel bits

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and caramel bits.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
