Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over cooled crust.
Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
Spread caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
