Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Serve grilled salmon topped with mango salsa.
