Ingredients 

Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Lemon Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is baking, prepare the lemon dill sauce. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the salmon is done, serve it with a generous dollop of the lemon dill sauce on top.
