Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the lemon dill sauce. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Once the salmon is done, serve it with a generous dollop of the lemon dill sauce on top.
