  • 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
  • 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and beaten eggs.
  4. 4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill.
  5. 5. Add the cooked and flaked salmon to the mixture and combine well.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
