Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of the pastry. Spread Dijon mustard over each fillet and sprinkle with chopped dill.
  4. Fold the pastry over the salmon to cover it completely and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the beaten egg over the pastry to give it a nice golden color.
  6. Place the wrapped salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
