  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cooked Salmon flaked
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the flaked salmon, lemon juice, chopped dill, capers, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
