Ingredients

  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 200 g Smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
  6. Garnish with additional dill if desired. Serve immediately.
