  • 1 cucumber, sliced Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
