Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Water warm

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add the warm water and vegetable oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
