Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 cup Pickles, diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Boil the diced potatoes and carrots until tender. Drain and let them cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, carrots, green peas, and pickles.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
