- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup dark rum
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup chopped nuts optional
- unit extra powdered sugar for rolling
In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Stir in dark rum and light corn syrup until well mixed.
Add chopped nuts if using.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Roll each ball in extra powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container.
