  • ½ cup dark rum
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup

  • unit extra powdered sugar for rolling

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in dark rum and light corn syrup until well mixed.
  3. Add chopped nuts if using.
  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra powdered sugar.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
