Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, Parmesan, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place the shortbread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
