Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the chopped rosemary and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and egg.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Pat the dough into a circle about 1-inch thick and cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
