Rosemary Parmesan Scone Recipe

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 large Egg
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the chopped rosemary and grated Parmesan cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
Pat the dough into a circle about 1-inch thick and cut into 8 wedges.
Place the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
