  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls. Roll each ball in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  7. 7. Arrange the dough balls in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
