Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Chopped nuts optional
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
