  • 1 unit Whole wheat pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes) Chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  4. Arrange the assorted vegetables on top.
  5. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
