  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 head garlic roasted
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Allow garlic to cool, then squeeze out the cloves into a bowl.
  4. Mix roasted garlic, butter, parsley, and salt until well combined.
  5. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
