Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef Roast
- 500 g Potatoes peeled and chopped
- 300 g Carrots peeled and chopped
- 200 g Green Beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
Place the beef in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Roast the beef in the oven for 60-90 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
While the beef is roasting, prepare the vegetables.
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and green beans until tender.
Serve the roast beef with the vegetables on the side.
