Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is lightly golden.
