  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest freshly grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, and lemon zest.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
