- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
Crust
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
