Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice uncooked
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add rice and stir to coat with oil.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until rice is tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
